This 16 year old Single Malt Scotch Whisky was produced by Imperial distillery in 1995 and bottled by Signatory in 2012. Imperial is from the Speyside region of Scotland. At 55.5% you could certainly add a drop or two of decent water to this whisky to enhance the texture and open up the spirit.

Imperial Duncan Taylor Dimensions 1995-2012 bottle 219/282

Pretty light in colour. Hot, but light. Rosewater and flowers. Very floral. Chewy and meaty flavours on first taste. Some salty flavour, not quite jerky, then turns slightly sour and dirty. Like actual dirt flavours.
