Founded by Masataka Taketsuru in 1934 and famous for it’s blended whiskies, Nikka is one of the largest whisky producing companies in Japan. As well as the blends bottled under it’s own name it also owns Miyagkyo and Yoichi brands. Of particular note under the Nikka range are the Nikka ‘All Malt’, ‘Pure Malt’ and ‘From the Barrel’ blends.
