This is a great bottle -- arguably much better than, say, the Macallan 18, at a much more reasonable price. A very smooth and rich scotch, with a nice sweetness, coming I think, from sherry casking. No over-prominent notes; neither oak, nor peat, nor sweet. A wonderfully rounded flavor. Highly, highly recommended.
