Glenfiddich Snow Phoenix

Extremely light in colour, sauvignon blanc in colour. First sniff is fruity cherry. No sign of sweetness on this model. Touch of pear. First taste is very complex, starting very mild and a touch dry and smoky moving to a very rich fresh brassy and metallic flavour.
